Complete meepo V3
ER remote with telemetry
100mm hub sleeves and front wheels (installed)
90mm hub sleeves and front wheels (spare)
10s 2amp charger
DIY 10s4p battery in the original enclosure, battery is built using 3200mah 10amp LG cells, there is speculation they these might be 8ap cells, however the esc only draws 30amps so even at 36amps this battery is sufficient. (15-20 miles range depending on rider weight and ride style)
Battery charges to 100% (42volts)
Also will include these “better then a Lacroix AT hubs” and conversion kit.
I dont love how these came out or how they feel, but if the esc was changed out for a vesc, could probbaly be a better feel. TB tire not Included, but I have some if anyone is interested, they will fit these 3d printer hubs.
Just a FYI currently you can get a brand new v3 with Er battery and 100mm wheels/sleeves for not much more than what you’re asking. Actually might be cheaper depending on how much shipping is for you.
I suppose the AT wheel adapters and no waiting for shipping can be considered an up sell
50% more capacity means 50% more range, even if the ER battery says 20 miles it doesn’t mean you’ll get 20 miles, you’ll probably get half that if your ride like you mean it
If anyone is interested I can also build a 10s2p 40t pack for them instead of or in addition to the one in there, will have to recalculate the total price tho.
Disclaimer, I have not tested them. There is some info on the forum about these 3dfactory adapters. They are more of an experiment then anything else, the hubs and stock meepo esc are not powerful enough to sufficiently power a 6" tire. However the 100mm urethane feels amazing on this board . A really good riding experience. And you will be able to get up to 30 mph. I’ve gone as fast as 36, although it was on a slight decline.
With the standard model and 175 lbs including backpack I’m getting 9 miles of the promised 11 mile range . This is with 2 miles up hill and 7 going flat. I went pro mode the whole way and going full throttle, no kicking or easing the throttle. Better than I originally thought
I’m about 200lbs the original battery got me around 7-8 miles at full throttle. On this new battery the longest ride I have been on is about 11 miles with just under 55% battery life remaining, this is also at full throttle and up and down hills the whole time on 100mm I think the upgrade was deffinetly successful
