Might be a long shot but can anyone on here machine longer axles that would fit a set of BN270 hangers? I’d love to have 70-80mm of usable axle length on a straight 10mm axle.
Kevin (@Boardnamics) maybe? I’ve heard you’re winding down your operation and you likely don’t do custom requests but it cant hurt to ask.
These are too long and will likely bend or stress the hanger too much. Generally I don’t go above 6x diameter.

I’m working on a build that needs about 180mm of interference free space on either side of the hanger from the tip of the axle. Pretty sure the BN270s are right at that 180mm mark from tip of the axle to side of the (adjustable) baseplate. An extra 10mm either side is really all I need.
Really hoping to avoid going down the channel truck/angled baseplate adapter road and I’m not willing swap the deck.
Would you make me some if I told you I’m light af and wouldn’t hold it against you in the event of damage and/or injury? 
I might be able to get away with even 5mm longer each side
Had this issue a few months ago. What I ended up doing is cutting a bit of the end of the hangar off to give me a tad more useable axle length. Totally not recommended but it worked really well for what I was doing.
I appreciate the suggestion, but unfortunately it’s really the overall width that I need more of. I think the only way to achieve that would be slightly longer axles or an entirely different RKP but I dont know of any wider ones except maybe Newbees which I’m not sure are even being made anymore (perpetually out of stock).
I believe moon, bioboards, and one other made some longer hangars that would be compatible. Idk if they still make any of those any more though.
I had a look at the Bioboards earlier but I’m fairly sure they advertise their overall length including axles and they’re basically the same as the BN270’s. Not sure about the Moons but their website definitely doesn’t exist anymore.
You could check with @defiantboardsociety if they have any of their BN280’s left in stock to sell.
