WTB battery vesc and abec clones (uk)

Hi building a really cheap board for my bro he is only 11 so doesn’t need much speed or range

I have a motor, deck mounts and trucks

I need 2 of those 90mm abec clones (I have the other 2)

1 vesc any type or version (preferably around £20?)

A battery of any size with any cells, he only needs around 3-5 miles of range

Really flexible on parts but trying to keep everything under £70

What do you think I am in uk please help out if you can

Really don’t care much about quality stuff more just trying to get him into the hobby

Clones in the back for the pulleys; and buy good wheels without an esk8 core for the front :slight_smile:

Maybe see if you can get some used trucks and put uber soft bushings in it for his light weight.

dickyho stuff is cheap. For the battery you could use cheap lipos, maybe even used if you can find some.

Attach that to a 10s2p of those cheap LG cells meepo use and I have a 15mph 5 mile board

I’ve got a new 10s2p with d140 bms made from these cells.

Long range but not massive Amps.

Probably put £160 of materials into it.

I am looking more around £50 or so maybe 5ah and 10-20 amps sort of range

I could give you one old meepo 10s2p for free if you pay shipping, but it has dead bms so you will have to be responsible with it, check with multimeter often if groups are still balanced

This is for my little bro

He weighs like 30kg so I am just using a tiny 5065 motor single driven he doesn’t need speed or anything so I only need a tiny battery

£100 is to much for him he wants to spend around £70 on battery plus vesc

Vesc I can get for around £25 for a used flipsky one

Battery max of £50
