I want a glove that creates sparks atleast ojln parking garage surface but on regular concretw e would be great .
Search magnesium slide gloves and take your pick. You can also just buy magnesium pucks to velcro on existing gloves. Just don’t stick them to stupid cotton gloves or anything that will catch fire right away.

If you feel creative get lighter stone, reduce it in shards and force it’s way through a normal Puck (you can heat the shards).
Cheap but tiresome way to make sparkling pucks 
Or get some iron plates? It won’t be as pretty as magnesium but it will give enough tiny lights as you shred.

I’ve done this to my gloves in a similar way. Just drilled in small holes and pushed the flint right in.
