I was just wondering after checking out the Lacroix, Kaly.Nyc and BioBoards etc. They all seem to be using the Unity in their builds, what will they do now when the Unity is not being made anymore? Surely they have some of them in-stock so that they till can produce boards, but that won’t last forever.
I am pretty sure these vendors hang around on the forums, so if you know them it would be nice if you could tag them in this thread.
They all have backup solutions. Bioboards @mackann got some Unity 2.0s, they all have alternatives now or in the works soon.
Oh, didn’t even know there was a Unity 2.0. I assume it is being made by the guy who developed the Unity, Jeffrey? Will this ESC be released to the public for DIYers?
It’s not really, I just called it that because it comes from similar origins and it kinda looks like one. I’m gonna assume yes we’ll probably get to purchase it from bioboards or whomever down the road. Think right now it’s still in testing phase.
Maybe they are cooking something with maytech.
