Woah, that’s a blast from the past. I had one of those growing up. Haven’t thought about it in years.
It’s a “skateboard” with a handle that can fold upright or fold down.
As I recall, it was a huge pain in the ass for a child to fold/unfold the handle, and the whole thing rode like hot dog shit no matter what position the handle was in.

Yep! I had a mountainboard version when I was a kid that turned me into what I am today.
