All you need.

Which out of the many products do you recommend? I bought a roll of neoprene rubber from Amazon because I heard that’s what people use, but it’s super hard, so I don’t trust it to create a strong, uniform, water-resistant seal.

I mostly use 15mm wide by 4mm

This is my personal favorite, use it on all my builds.

If I need to make up some height, I take a top down photo, trace it in f360, print in sections with TPU.

I buy a piece of rubber that is big enough to cover the whole enclosure edge seamlessly. last time I removed an enclosure with a one piece gasket it was totally suctioned on and gave a burp when I finally broke the seal. I have never been able to get the strips to seal nearly as well

Do you have a slick way to do the cuts?

I use this. It’s a water seal for car doors so why not?

Search terms would be window strip D profile
Car door strip D profile

trace it out and use some sharp scissors. I honestly didn’t get that great a cut but it works
