What do Daniel Kwan, Scott Davies, Electric DNA, and 3000 other riders all have in common?

No way, the cyclones are way better no question

Entirely different tire and mold yes

Stupid naming difference. So confusing

From what I’ve heard the non tubeless design (normal 7? Inch tires) are also good, but they wear really fast.

The wide tubeless ones (which you can also put 165x70 tubes in) wear quite well (easily a couple hundred miles of track use), and have much harder sidewalls

Even more confusion lmao

I thought Brian was saying that inserting tubes reduces the grip lmao

Pretty sure he meant exactly what I just explained

The tubeless flat profile ones are gripper than the regular rounded cyclones

Yeah I understand that now

I have had a chance to try both. The tubeless Meepo tires set at 18-20psi are grippier than the Cyclone tires I have tried. Of note, I had similar experience with tubeless cycling tires too.

Yeah. That pictures shows the tubeless wheelset twice.

They use the same wheelset now don’t they?

Looks cool
