You’re not alone in that order cancellation thing. Lost all respect for batteryhook up if I had any. They cancelled my order too and sent w/e they felt applicable and refunded me. Without any input from me.
Also when DHL tried to deliver to me (sweden) they had 99999999 as phone nr. they didn’t even bother filling in any of my contact details upon sending. So now my parcel is on the way back to america since I had no way of knowing other then manually tracking the parcel that it was with the curier.
I asked DHL about it and only the sender can request that the package would stay in sweden. At batteryhook up they said that they can resend it if I want. W/e that means (extra shipping fee + another toll fee?)
Thier email support is unresponsive at best. Considering paypal claim atm.

I know they must have just messed up. The order cancelling thing is weird. I found calling them got immediate help if anyone needs to get ahold of them.
I thought they were shipping experts

Wow thats super shitty considering most of their stock are one offs and most likely will not get more in stock. How do they know you didn’t need exactly the amount of cells you ordered to complete a project potentially making the ones they sent you useless.
