Like I said, I’ve only got two unmounted right now, and one of those is the one with the bent lip, but I don’t see much other than the bent lip. Also, I definitely don’t notice anything rotating the good lip to the five different possible orientations.
I’ve got other wobble issues due to the fact I’m experimenting with some tubeless lawnmower tires that are being a pain in the ass, but the wheels seem fine. I kind of don’t want to unmount the other two because those I actually have spinning relatively true and it was a battle to get there.
I don’t know much about mountain board stuff, so maybe I’m just not seeing it or got a lucky couple that fit interchangeably. It would be helpful if someone else could chime in and let me know if I really should go back and see if I need to match them up better.
Just putting a bug in your ear as i was baffled until someone mentioned to me that there was one rotation that was true. I couldn’t figure out why all my tires were wonky vs others who were getting really good balance and symmetry from the same manufacturers. I was loaned a set of known good true tires and not having the hubs rotated correctly i still had a significant wobbly crap until I found and marked my hubs with correct position.
Sounds interesting, you should start a thread. I wanna see what’s cooking
I’ll post something about them somewhere if I have any success getting them mounted properly, or maybe a warning somewhere if I can’t. They’re just 8.00x3.00-4 Kenda lawn tires. They really like being half on the smaller lip and half of the larger one on Rockstar Pro II XLs, though. I tried them on regular Rockstar IIs, and they debeaded, and that is the extent of my wheel collection currently.
Mine is acting up, my spintend is on as soon as it’s powered up with the momentary no matter what and I’m nervous enough about plugging everything in already.
Looking for some information.
Where can i get an external dual solo mounting box?
Looking to mount my Vesc to the rear of my deck.
I’ll shoot Artem a Message or Email too.
But if anyone has a print file, or other parts let me know.
