We keep all pairing codes in our DB so if you tell us your order number, we should be able to tell you the pairing code.

Does anyone happen to have a picture of Stormcore CAN wiring where 5V is taken from another port? We’re preparing a Megan user guide and it would be really helpful if we could include a picture like that. We don’t have any Stormcore of our own.

It should. But make sure your Minnie has good GPS signal. You can check that by opening Metr app and checking Realtime screen.

Thanks. I just had to sync the records and wait for the logs to populate. When the metr is connected my vx1 looses signal, but only when I bring my phone up and check the metr app during the ride. Like clock work. I open the app and remote loses signal. Then I power cycle remote and it connects until I open the app again. Any fix for this?
