Voyage Cloud and Voyage Connect

unfortunately there are times where i’ll even be sure to stop recording before going on a ride and it’ll still fail to record it. no idea why but it’s pretty annoying. rn the pause time is at 30min and stop time at 90 and i’m still having issues.

@janpom if i factory reset the megan, will i still have all my data or will those be gone?

I don’t really see how stopping recording or adjusting the pause/stop time should improve the reliability of recording.

You will want to make sure the recording icon (red circle) is displayed in the status bar while riding. If it is and the record still doesn’t get saved that may be a flash memory issue. If the icon doesn’t show up that may be a setup issue. We had a case where the customer set the delay before recording starts too high and then it would never record.

It won’t delete the logs in the app/cloud but it will wipe out everything on the Megan itself (which I believe is what most people would expect from the factory reset).

I’m having an issue with only select logs uploading onto the voyage site.

It missed a few logs for may, and missed every single log for april for example. Some logs are missing for march too.

edit: every log uploads onto the metr site however

Do the ridelogs come from the same device?

Try adding logging device agan. It will finish with an error, but internally it will trigger all ridelogs to be uploaded again. Maybe that will help.

Yes, they come from the same metr pro.

I tried it and if I delete some logs, the same ones get reuploaded. The previously missing ones however are still missing.
