yes, unfortunately because of the global situation and lack of international flights shipping time is now pretty long and quite unpredictable.
regular Russian Post:
EU - 2-4 weeks
USA 2-5 weeks
Australia - 3-6 weeks
EMS shipping can save 1-2 weeks but will cost +30-45$ depending on the parcels weight and destination country

situation:
hi, guys!
as some of you know me and my workshop are located in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. and several days ago Russian president started a war against Ukraine. this situation causes in me a weird mix of powerlessness, pain, anxiety and guilt. you know i am not a native speaker so here is a my best friendās post (she is an English teacher and can better put words together). i feel exactly the same. itās hard to even believe that this is actually happening, that itās not just a nightmare. and i hope you understand that Russia ā russians. here are a lot of people who is against this situation.
workshop:
unfortunately now i forced to close my workshop. it was a great 3 year journey and thank you all who helped and supported me, i really appreciate it.
i had 95% orders from abroad and during covid shipping time already extended and i am glad that you guys were so understanding about this circumstance. but now Russia is obviously going to new cold war with closed borders and isolation, and because of this i can not provide any reasonable shipping time anymore.
orders:
next batch of orders i planned to ship early-mid March but obviously it makes no sense to ship them now because they will not arrive. before Russia will be completely disconnected from swift and international transactions will not be possible, i would like to offer a 50% refund for all orders now and the rest after i manage to sell them on domestic market. i wish i could make full refund but unfortunately i physically dont have enough money because all orders are already produced so i payed for materials, salary, and rent for my workshop.
i am not asking for pity, and i hope you understand that i am not a scammer, but i am trapped in a very bad weird and unpredictable situation.

i was happy to make decks for all of you and i hope you will find other and even better decks supplier and from my heart wish you all the best luck with your esk8s and in your real lives.

P.S.
Part of me wonders if you could drive to Tallin or Helsinki tomorrow in case trade isnāt blocked yet, and get someone to ship the decks for you. I imagine selling locally is going to be tough, people probalby wonāt want to spend large money on a hobby like this during these times.

Fucking hell. I keep typing shit and deleting it again cos in the context of another fucking war breaking out in Europe, nothing about esk8, no matter how inconvenient it might be, seems significant in any way at all. Iām just sorry the good guys have to suffer. I really hope it all works out for you, man 
Sorry to hear you canāt continue with the enclosure and deck making, my heart goes out to everyone affected. Was there a cut off date of orders that did make it out of Russia or were they shipped in batches every couple months?
Really sorry about your situation. And donāt worry, we can see that thereās enough Russians out there who disagree with the invasion. Thereās even a lot of those who disagree so much that they protest in the streets and risk being arrested (and many do actually get arrested). This is impressive. I hope you guys can make more Russian people see through the propaganda and make the push for stopping the war. Nobody but Russian people can stop it now.
