I’ve not created a topic before, so here goes (I struggled with the choosing a topic bit especially)…
Tomorrow, I plan to travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen with my wife. We’re on holiday from New Zealand. I’d like to visit Flipsky, and find out for @BenjaminF why the motors scream like a cut-cat at mid RPM. Why Flipsky? Because it’s better than looking at handbag shops and buying panda themed souvenirs.
Flipsky have moved from where they used to be. This isn’t convenient, but it does mean less handbag shops. I don’t yet know if the journey is achievable, but possibly.
@glyphiks would like to know why they don’t make anything good. I don’t promise to ask this question in these exact words until I know that I have safe passage out of China.
I would also like to provide my own feedback in person. This is, that new products seem to resolve known faults but without acknowledgment of such, how does one make the decision to trust the new model? While I’ve been prepared to waste my time repairing ESC’s, most esk8 riders have better things to do with their lives and are less willing to take the chance. I know first hand that the V6.7 addressed the faults with the V6.6, but their documentation shows no mention of this.
If there are any more questions anyone would like answered, let me know. If I don’t respond, either the train ride to 20th Floor, Building 8, Block B, Songhu Zhigu, No. 11 Yanhe South Road, Liaobu Town (Songhu Zhigu) might not have gone so well, or I got eaten by a dolphin.
