He means when you get off the board hold full brake and press left button locks the remote so no inputs can be entered. Full throttle plus left button releases it. It’s because the remote can turn on by pressing either button so it’s not fully safe in your pocket switched off
It prevents you from accidentally pushing the throttle while not standing on the board.
You step off and lock the throttle for safety reasons. The remotes we have see in the past did not feature a throttle lock and we have seen boards shooting into walls or pillars or furniture by accident.
Whenever your board is turned on, the throttle should be locked until you step onto the board.
Throttle lock is not active barking, it is accidental signal input prevention.
You will get used to it pretty fast, it soon becomes an automatism.
Does anyone have a 3d scanner to design a tpu case?
Or is there something in Trampa’s planning?
We are planing to make a silicone sleeve. Now that we are 100% happy with the housing design, we can go for a mould.
My Wand looks a bit scratched, but that is actually super nice - a bit like Rimowa aluminium travel gear…
It is heavy duty equipment, 4mm thick aluminium.
It really want something like this:
So a logical progression! you wouldn’t count numbers in twenty, three, seven hundred.
Couldn’t help my self.
I dont want to wait for the official sleeve and want to get some protection on this now so knocked this up last night
Nice can you put it on thingiverse? please.
I will once I have validated it mate, I release everything I design normally
Dude, how?? I don’t understand how fusion 360 works. I can only use Tinkercad but its not the best for fine details.
Flexible filament?
How long does this remote take to turn on/off? Just wondering if this is significantly longer than using the throttle lock…
If you de-power the board it will turn off, if you hold button 2 fro 3 seconds it will power off.
However, throttle lock is safer to use, since you need a combination of two movements to activate it.
Maybe a dumb question…Wouldn’t it be better to just hold a button for a few seconds to turn it on, instead of a tap?
NICE! I got a tracking code… Sad that weather her is pretty fcked up in the last days…
I told you we bang hard on getting them all out.
We hate to let people wait…
now you before me
i have a shipping notification, but no tracking…
Sorry for the disturbance
I was thinking u guys ship everything like in batches not one by one
@Andy87 I don’t think tracking would make difference for Russia. You should be happy package even reaches you… I have seen 24h priority shippings taking a weeks…
never had issues as soon as it´s in russia and way more important it wasn´t sent with UPS
Because you right,
UPS priority 24h shipping takes 2-5weeks…minimum…
tracking would be good non the less as the parcel can just lay in one of our post offices around the block and you don´t get any information that something arrived for you
no surprise there, UPS 24 takes 48 hours to make from England to Scotland ![]()
UI is starting to look very polished, my only criticism is the spinning logo at the beginning. It looks cheep and tacky and doesn’t fit with the rest of the product and UI design.
