Any chance some of those have working electronics and you would be happy to part ways with for cheep? doesn’t matter if the pot is broken. maytech mini remotes in particular is one im interested about, i know you use these a lot

We have a lot of them in all sorts of states. Our riders killed them on a regular basis.

The design challenge is opened!
Can we design it out of CF? 
I opened up my wand and found some sand in the joystick. I guess that was what was causing my thumbwheel to stick. Any idea on how to get a better seal on the thumbwheel so this doesn’t happen again?
