Unfortunately they made a mistake whilst machining and the the bearing seat is 0.1mm bigger than intended
So it will be remade and shipping from China early next week

So are those pulley all defects than? What do you do with them?
Usually I get to say what they can do with them
0.1mm is bad enough to cause play
So probably tell them to scrap it, maybe get a dimensional report and see if any are salvegable
