Using the zealous bearing with built-in spacer appears to be the right fit, but I haven’t tightened everything down yet, so just checking if you already had it documented that a 5mm spacer is required between the wheel bearing and the pulley bearing.

Zealous website states .4045" spacer, or 5.137mm per bearing, and .5mm speed ring. Super close, someone should try it

I could mill one on my CNC in a few weeks. But I don’t have the wheels to test fitment.
Well, I would be up for a set if you could mill them but I haven’t got the Wheels yet either, so that doesn’t help things . . .

Did you end up trying the exway pulleys for speedvents? I am confused by the many options
No, there was too much fuckery involved trying to make them work, needed to source obscurely sized and questionable quality bearings and it was just not gonna be any sort of easy solution so i binned it.
i have dreams of a little pocket rocket, if i can snag some of these pulleys I will, even if they just age on the shelf for years to come, it will be nice to have the option.
never should have let go of the pulleys i had originally.
