Using a tool battery for a build

Hi!

I own a vnr’ed Onewheel, meaning I have an external cable going to the battery cables in the main plug so I can plug my two external batteries in when I want to go on a long ride.
They are two 6Ah 60V Powerworks tool batteries with their own built in BMS.
The cells are Sony VTC6, I’M not sure about the configuration though.
Could I use one or two for an esk8 build?
Like just sort of hanging them under a board, get a VESC, a motor and Bob’s my uncle?
Or should I go for a different configuration which gives me more boom?

When using all three batteries (built-in + 2x6ah) I can go maybe 50-60km, I once went 42km but my body gave up before my batteries were empty.

Thanks

Short answer yes.

Long answer

Yes but 60V means you need a high voltage vesc. Your best option is a Ubox. MakerX also has a high voltage option.

What will not work: Unity, Zenith,Stormcore 60D, anything based on VESC4

Thanks but after reading up on all of it I’ve decided to go a different route.
