Only the later 110s, all the earlier batches I didn’t see any of that.
Yeah I think I’ve read somewhere that the black 110s had no issues but they are no longer available
I’d buy a set of them, but definitely not the arctic blue again.
My arctic blue 74As are still going strong, long time now… 72As, while holding op for now, when I lift the lip I notice the signs of delamination
As far as I’m aware, it’s only the last batch of the blue ones. The earlier ones are fine.
It almost seems like they forgot to wash/prepare a box of cores over at the factory.
don’t worry, I am sure Tb has all the resources in the world to keep replacing any wheels that spin out ![]()
DUN dun dun
The polymer thickens…
I don’t know if that’s what happened, but the results sure don’t disagree with that theory.
do you think there is a technical reason to not have any mechanical core locking in their wheel making process? Funny that so many non-powered wheels have tons of core-thane interlocking
The only reason I can think of to not have any is if it was not needed, but turns out it is.
I don’t know, but the only part of the ABEC cores I like is the race around the core that locks to the 'thane. If someone made a kegel style core but with that feature, it’d be awesome. Especially if it had two of them.
I really just think @TheGoodMomentum is the thane jesus we are in need of now
I think that the core has to have some form of mechanical locking to make it work at a 130mm size. In addition, larger OD bearing would be nice like 27mm.
Looking forward to receiving the wheels when they finally pass all the rigid / engineering tests @TheGoodMomentum has undergoing. looking forward to an update soon
Lol - I ordered a set of Doug’s (TheGoodMomentum) wheels back in September 2020.
I also, eagerly await their arrival

Hang tight hope we get them soon
am i weird if i wanna take a bite out of these?
No.
forbidden jello
Dammit now I was to cast gummies in the shape/color of longboard wheels. Then ride them?
Start a new is it cake trend. Only use jello and esk8 components.
42?
Don’t give the answer away yet LOL
