@kevingraehl Can you elaborate? Bulk order from MBS? That could also include some metal matrix and 9" tires?

Sweet. Let me get that cart screen shot to you. And 9" cause they’re bigger and therefore better than 8". 
Seriously though, tried some 9" cheap Harbor Freight tires on 5 stars and was amazed at how much rougher terrain I could plow over compared to 8" tires. Although 8" Street tires might fill another “need” in my arsenal of addiction.

I can personally vouch for ATC’s pulleys. I have There motor mounts and pulleys on Five stars.
with 63100 motors.

I can make you a 65T for MBS from PLA+ - I run them hard, non stop and have no issues… but I designed them to be 3D printed and just as durable.
I have 63, 60 and I believe 66 as well but can draft any # you want just make take a few days to draft if it’s not something I’ve done already.

Loving these new Matrix 2 motor mounts… they make my testing and breaking things life much easier when switching motors and gears around!!!

What length belt are you using?
I’m using a 470mm belt with 20t motor pulley and 72t wheel pulley.
Slightly tight for my liking, but a 475mm belt was to loose and 19t pulley was to loose.
(wish I could find a 471-472mm belt lol. I needed to eliminate the idlers because were designed
for a 15mm belt and I wanted to use wider belts.
I tried many configurations until I found one I liked and was comfortable with.
Now I know how and why people collect so much extra stuff LOL.

Oh the mounts I ordered from ATC have two pulleys on each motor… so I have no idea what size belt to order haha. I would guess quite a bit bigger.
I used a 470mm because I couldn’t use the idler pulleys with the width of the belt i wanted to use.
My mounts came with them though. I was going to ask if ATC would make me some wider ones but my set up worked out for me. They did make me some shorter cross braces to accommodate the larger motor pulleys though. Good peeps 
You may need some shorter cross braces with five stars as well,
All depends on your set up. Truck width etc.
