It’s glass on the top and bottom. I don’t know what you mean by tapped
holes for enclosure mounting, preferably threaded

The title literally explains it smh, I’d expect that it’s implied that the enclosure isn’t mounted and there are no holes in deck yet. “Incomplete” is the key word.
Tbf its a reasonable question.
