And how much money are we looking at?
Is $100 in the ballpark?
I got a design @Kai made me.
I could get it fabric printed and send it to you along with the deck.
As an apartment dweller all that glass and epoxy stuff is maybe too much for me to get into.
I’m in Vancouver, Canada.
Materials are more than $100.
$300 is a damn good deal for someone that knows what they’re doing. I’ve done one and succeeded nicely. I’m still considering paying to have my next ones done.
Yowza $300 is a lot.
I guess you can’t hire a skilled professional to do something that takes at least an entire day AND materials for all for $100 that makes sense… OK I’m over the psychological hump and ready to pay $300 if that’s enough.
I can assure that anybody who does skinning with quality, takes more than a day to complete and more than $100.
Not saying it cant be done. Just saying that if you want a quality skin, expect to wait and expect to pay more than what you think.
Get some vinyl my dude, it be the same thing
I don’t consider myself pro level. But there is waaay more than a day worth of job if you are looking for decent results, a lot of time is wasted waiting for epoxy to cure, even the fast ones.
And expenses does add up… Multiple brushes, sandpaper, tapes, glass frit, epoxy, print itself…
I think 3-4 days minimum for a good result.
WARNING : Shameless self promotion
Dude OMG so sexy
that’s hot
Sacrilege lol
Still need to get my J0ker build done… ugh so many projects, so little time.
