Why not? No seriously. If you don’t have the time or ideas to manufacture it, why not sell the baseproduct and let the people do it themselfs.
Your results may vary…widely. The urethanes we use require a lot of specialized equipment and to process them in a low tech environment takes years and years of experience and a lot of trade secrets.

Alright. Frome the top of my head i think of something like NESE modules but instead of using pressure to make contact we could still use normal welds and put Parallel Groups of Cells in a case…
I will CAD something up if i have time to better illustrate what i am thinking.

There must be some mistake. ur not going to transfer heat at 83% the ability of aluminum with a filled pu. the link you posted had the best conductivity of any resin I’ve seen at 7% the conductivity of aluminum no?
I have stated what I found, perhaps my interpretation of the data is incorrect but if you have an application you want to try it with, let me know. The end product will determine if what I have found is useful or not.
