Your results may vary…widely. The urethanes we use require a lot of specialized equipment and to process them in a low tech environment takes years and years of experience and a lot of trade secrets.

There must be some mistake. ur not going to transfer heat at 83% the ability of aluminum with a filled pu. the link you posted had the best conductivity of any resin I’ve seen at 7% the conductivity of aluminum no?
I have stated what I found, perhaps my interpretation of the data is incorrect but if you have an application you want to try it with, let me know. The end product will determine if what I have found is useful or not.
