You could try splitting the print into multiple pieces like my Step Bro build…

I remember seeing that build! Currently am splitting the tiny stomp pads in half to print them, but I have a very entry level Flashforge 5M printer. Didn’t want to get something nice until knowing that it’s something I would actually use. Build plate is only 220x220 and I need the pads to overhang the deck. My AI girlfriend says this one is a decent mid grade unit that should handle the stuff I usually print. I’m well out of the loop with printers but i can’t speak highly enough of my bambu p1s. By far the best tool I ever bought.
I did split stomp pads into 4 quarters once upon a time to suit a small bed size, butdamned if i could tell you what build that was for
Yeah splitting them wouldn’t worry me but the overhang will be about 50mm on each side. There’s going to be a lot of leverage on those parts. Would hate for it to shift or break mid carve. The qidi has a 305x305mm build plate. I’ll tell her I’m ordering it for safety reasons!

Although i don’t know if TPU would work so well for you there as the overhanging bits may just flex more than providing the leverage you’re after?

Yeah you’re probably right. I’ll play with the density but PETG or something else might be better. Either way, just having a platform big enough to fit my entire foot will help a ton.

You could try making wings like @jack.luis has on Vantablack out of something strong, then TPU pad over the top

Ranki 98A TPU with gussets under the overhang that brace against the edge of the deck would probably be strong enough to stand on. It’s the best filament.
