Upgraded Evolve GTX

2x 6374, 10s4p 30q, 120mm Foamies, new esc and remote

Rest is kept the same

I’d say foamies retain about 80% of the comfort of all terrains. Well worth it

How do the foamies do on battery life? Have you tried the same board’s range with regular polyurethane longboard wheels versus foamies?

I havent done a full range test but it’s definitely better than all terrains. Havent felt a significant drop going down to 60% compared to PUs

What enclosure and esc did you use?

This board has VPL hnnnnnnn.

Eww…

Super interested in doing something like this to my BGTX. Can you list the exact parts you used and who you got your 10s4p from? Thanks in advance

I just upgraded this GT for a local dude here in Melbourne, Aus.

3d printed enclosure spacer here
8mm Spacer for Evolve Bamboo GT GTX (2-piece) found on #Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3883115

I’m on mobile, could you tell me how big those 3d printed parts are? How.big of a build plate do you need?

Ive got a cr10s and it only just fits on the 300w build plate

Its the best spacer, just 2 parts and clicks together nice and tight

How do you like your range with your 10s4p on AT tires?

Really thinking about 6p (or 8p if it’s possible) so I can get street wheel distance on AT setup. Just can’t seem to get any responses from reliable US builders over this past week for some reason :frowning:

Love your graphics layout on your board!

Cheers mate. I range tested this in GT mode and got 20km of reasonably hard riding before it kicked me into eco. Said there was still 20% left.
