I am in the firmware screen of the Vesc Tool but I cannot find the 1.28 to downgrade…
Just a quick heads up, are you running at 99A battery max? Your screenshot shows that. Just want to make sure you aren’t killing your battery/ESC.
VESC_default.bin included in VESC Tool Ver.1.28 is firmware Ver.3.65. All you have to do is click the upload button. 
Ok…I downgraded the firmware to the Ver.3.65…but the speed didn’t changed…the start is pretty good but after stops at 35kmh…I can’t understand…what is the cause to the speed limitation…what can I change in the parameters…

did you calibrate the remote already in vesc tool? might be the upper limit on is not matching…
I’m a bit out of my knowledge range here but is it possible that cheap ESC was running BLDC and the speed loss is from running FOC?
