I’m trying to find light truck options for this deck, the MBS Matrix II were the perfect choice but they are sold out.
What MTB trucks would you recommend that are not Trampas and have good stability at high speeds with good turning ratio?

I love my Hypertrucks on my Bro, but they are not exactly light.
Apex Airs seem like the next best choice.

Is it a popular pick to builders or only when you buy a Lacroix complete?

It does. Its a full drivetrain minus motors and motor pulleys.
You’re paying for a full hypertrucks drivetrain (including belt drive, wheels, tires, bushings of every duro, titanium hardware, etc. etc. etc.) and then on top of that buying the full gear drive kit (including extended axles, etc.).
I wish there was a more efficient way to buy just the trucks and gear drives without also getting the belt drives. Might be worth shooting them an email about it.
I have seen lots of folks here on the form (myself included) buy the Hypertrucks drivetrain for use on a DIY. I love mine, it’s the best drivetrain I have ever used in esk8 (though the Haggy drivetrain with Avio MK2 gear drives got surprisingly close in fit and finish). These trucks suit the Haero Bro like they were made for them.
