Is there any way to remove Trampa card bridge with 12mm long axis?
Because I want to change the long axis to 10mm

I don’t think they’re meant to be removable. Though I believe they are threaded so it maybe possible. Could be totally wrong though. Can’t tell you why I believe this.
Remove the set screws. Use a torch and see if you get it out

If they didn’t changed anything lately they are not threaded, just pressed in.
The 12mm axles are way harder to remove then the 9.25mm ones, but it’s possible.

If your local auto shop does tool rentals. Try a slide hammer/axle puller you’ll just need to figure out this to make it work for your application with some macguvyer skills haha
