Help! I have less than 10 rides in on a Torque Boards Direct Drive build that I have had several issues with. I thought I had mostly sorted and then most recent ride this occurred…

I’ve reached out numerous times to Torque Boards with no reply. I have sent back 2 VESC6 ESC’s months ago with no reply or acknowledgement, replacement or refund. Complete communication block after spending thousands with them and waiting patiently for weeks and sometimes months to get them to communicate with me about my issues.

I would appreciate anyone that can help me. Thanks!

have you tried reprogramming the vesc’s? is traction control turned on ? have you tried running sensorless?( if it’s possible idk much about TB DD)

Torqueboards customer service?

I see a lot of people praising Torqueboards on here, but I’m having an impossible time reaching the customer service team. Ive sent multiple emails and messages on their website for over 2 weeks. Dexter what gives? My 12s4p is having serious problems and all I get is radio silence.

Ha! I’d rather piss in my own mouth than try and deal with warranty issues with that company!
Both 12s2p and 12s4p have been torn down and cannibalized. I actually have 3 old onewheel batteries that are torn down right now, about to do a refurbished battery build.
