You were given nearly 2 months to “go above and beyond” for me, because the time from you receiving them to the time I posted the thread was roughly 1.7 months maybe, give or take some .1’s
Maybe if you did actually go “above and beyond” I wouldn’t have had to post that thread, and would have just reached out to you, but at that point I am used to waiting excessive wait times for your response if I get one at all, and didn’t want anyone to injure themselves in the interim of hoping you’d be decent.
So yes, of course you would have, I am super sure of that LOL

The motor being replaced is under warranty right? Or does warranty expire after you ride them for 1 mile? I’m not sure I follow the warranty claim and resolution process.

No, it’s not.
This is all absurd, really didn’t think there were such indecent people on here, particularly those who are “trusted vendors”
also, their warranty page now 404’s, so I guess that’s the answer
