I ordered a 10s3p battery from @torqueboards almost 2 weeks ago and noticed a conflict of information about shipping time on the product page. One sections says “In stock! Ships in 1-2 days”, the other section says “batteries have a lead time of 1 week. Ships within 7 days.” I noticed this shortly after ordering and tried to contact them through nearly every avenue since and have received radio silence back.
After doing some searching on the forum, it seems they have gone downhill dramatically. It has me a bit worried as I’m not sure I should stick with the battery even if it gets delivered die to the crappy quality control and customer service.
If anyone has advice/has been through this please let me know.

If you don’t have live tracking I would try and do a charge back.
Mboards has batteries to consider…

I wouldnt even wait for one… Id do it immediately and contact mboards for a batt.

Not sure on how they are with battery orders. However I did just order some wheels, motors and pulleys. I was a bit skeptical after placing the order as it took a few days to get my tracking but everything shipped and is moving through USPS now. I’ve been away from the forum for a while and am just curious as to what happened if anyone can give the TLDR on it.
Their blue 110 wheels I had from a few years ago were great and so were their 170kv 6380 motors.

Earlier in the year, I ordered some pulleys from TB and didn’t get anything other than the initial automatic confirmation. I reached out by email and IG after a week and didn’t hear back so I just did a chargeback and went another route. Since TB/Dexter @torqueboards hasn’t really been active on here and on IG any more, I can’t even tell if they are still operational. It’s kind of like how we can still order stuff on Hoyt’s site even though they are no longer in business. Risky to just throw money into the void.
As others have mentioned, just get a pack from MBoard (still can’t believe I’m saying that given MBeard’s actions back in the day 
)
