Torque boards wheels not compatible with boardnamics wheel pulleys? Need help.

Recently bought new wheels and push in pulleys because the torsional stress of bolted on pulleys kept shattering the cores of my cheaper wheels.

Bought the TB110’s and the boardnamics 36t push in wheel pulley thinking they would be compatible because they’re both kegel style but i’m new to DIY e-boards guess they aren’t? Can a anyone suggest a push in wheel pulley that is compatible with torque boards wheels? The boardnamics pulley pins are at a wider diameter than the TB110’s

Confused and disappointed.

They’re compatible, the tolerances are just super tight. I’m using BN pullies with TB wheels and it took quite some pressing to get them in.

Are you using the TB 110’S 74A?

These 100% do not fit. They’re visibly off on both sides.

Alternatively you can drill out the holes JUUUUUST slightly

Although I have the same wheels as you in blue and they fit just fine on both of my sets

That’s interesting. Mine are very far from fitting i don’t think drilling would even help. I wonder if the blue 72A’s have different cores? These are the 74A’s

I’m surprised yours are so far off

I know what you’re talking about lol I have 74a blue ones, two sets. The cores should be identical

Ok so the tb110 wheel cores have 10 holes equally spaced and the boardnamics pulleys have 6 spokes equally spaced…

Just looking at them they would never match up which is confusing. Shouldn’t the pulley have 5 spokes/pins?

@DaddyLong_Legs you have the abec adapters, not the kegel adapters. Gotta buy the other adapters.

I see, the BN guy said he’d change my order to kegels but i guess that didn’t end up happening. Thank you man.

Do yours have 5 pins or 6? 6 is abec, 5 is kegel.
