Torque board AT wheel has no inner spacer?

Tried normal wheels spacer turned out it’s too long and would push bearing at another side out…

Anyone had any trouble with them? Should I just run them as they are?

Well, I’m not an expert. But I would think it would be best to figure out what size you need and get a spacer in there. Or cut down an existing one to fit

Surprised considering the kit is supposed to come with bearings

Bearing spacers are quite important with regards to the forces involved with skate. I’d recommend buying steel zealous integrated for the time being. One outer race will stick out a bit but that should be fine. Alternatively, until you get the correct size spacer, you could use a stack of speed rings. If doing this, go slight over what’s needed.

I have a set, used standard spacers in mine. That being said, lots of AT wheels come with no spacers, in fact don’t use spacers. On these AT wheels the bearing seat is a pretty big lip, tighten the locknut down until it’s snug with no lateral movement.

It’s not about the bearing seat lip being big enough. Without a spacer you’re effectively clamping the inner races together creating axial loads that are no bueno for groove ball bearings.

And I say again, most AT wheels do not use spacers, although I am using spacers on the TB nummies.

I understand axial loads and the proper assembly of wheels and axels. If you had read what I wrote you would understand that you are not clamping the inner races.

My TB pnumies came with the bearings installed but not the spacers, those were in a separate little bag. Any possibility you didn’t see them in the box?

Oh really? I’ll have to check then! Hopefully I didn’t put them in the bin accidentally!

Okay guys I found the spacers! They’re exactly the same as normal skate/longboard spacers.
From the pictures you can see the bearing from third pic being push out a bit… well I think it’s just gonna be fine then😅

How are you seating the bearings? Mine are a tight fit, I used an arbor press.

Has you’ve checked the bearing seat for stay edges and/or debris?

One of four of my evolve hubs have this issue - nothing out of place in the actual hub seat, and bearings properly installed. Not saying it’s the same case here, but sometimes the hub is just slightly fucked. It was slightly annoying to me, but I don’t think it’s really an issue.
