On one point i have to agree and that’s the power. It does pack quite the punch, even with my fat ass on. Definitely stronger than my Hobbywing esc.

Maybe hold it in place with the pliers and screw the other side or did you use inserts?

theres a bolt on the other side but theres no tool small enough to either hold the nut or screw it

You could probably get it tight enough by turning the screw on the other side, just a bit of grip with the pliers could help but it looks like the nut will bite into the enclosure as it is?

yeah its very hard to get enough grip on it as the enclosure kinda covers it

Yeah put your pliers sideways and have the tips hold the edge of the nuts and turn the screw on the other side slowly, friction will help it not spin as it tightens. Btw that’s not a locking nut, are you locktighting?
