The Singularity™ bushing design for Channel trucks.

These are great in the streets.

But in the woods it’s where they really shine.

This is a super windy baby mountain bike trail.

I like riding my onewheel and EUC here, but it’s usually pretty annoying on esk8 because I have to step off the boars on a bunch of turns.

But the super lean on these made it possible for me to get around on this giant board.

And no bindings for me…

These are just super good with making micro adjustments in the woods…

At one point I decided I wanted a little bit more feedback on the back

Instead of trying pre-load I put a 96C

So I’m 220 with gear.
And 93B/96C is when I told Brad I was kind of done testing and just riding it…

Because I don’t really want to mess with it.

It’s super loose.
It has super lean.
But it’s not scary to me when I’m getting a little speed on the streets.

I was never able to get to the right sauce with the MBS bushings as I always felt like they pushed back in a twitchy way.

So I had intended on Running Tito’s Dualitys on this board.
I had just spent 500 bucks on them.
And I expected my two sets of Matrix III to sit on the shelf.

These transformed the Matrix III way more than I could have expected.

It gives you access to the full lean of the trucks.

And it doesn’t push back in a twitchy way.

It’s really fluid and smooth.

I suppose it’s not anything new for me to tell people to put Riptides on their trucks.

But let’s say it out loud!!!

If you own a set of Matrix III, do yourselves a favor and get in line for a set…

@Dinnye I wish you could try these!!!

What do you think of the Lean?

So you think it’s similar to your super loose Duality set up.

Are you really not using bushings up front or was that a joke?

Looks like a fun setup, but I don’t have matrix IIIs to try.

No bushings up front was just a temporary thing until I didn’t have time to swap over the rear truck too. Definitely felt more fun then the BN channel did in the front

I swapped both trucks over now, yet to ride the board or put in bushings though. But I’ll definitely be running some sort of bushing setup, zero return to center just doesn’t work if the wheels don’t stay planted on the ground 100% of the time, and I’ll be getting some airtime on that board especially after I finish up the 20S1P battery.

Dude I got to try Brads setup at Esk8con. The lean with these bushings is absolutely nuts. Dare I say even more lean than even Tito’s dualities.

On 8 inch tires I had enough lean to make my feet feel near vertical.

The lean really is impressive with these. Brad told me it’s due to the deforming of the bushing versus the typical channel approach of compressing them.

I think the most dramatic difference between the miii and the dualities is that the miii have a decent amount of rake. That’s probably contributing to the sensation of more lean. I’ll be stoked to try a set eventually.

:flushed:Whaaaaat !? That radius looks incredible , especially on Lacroix !

I can imagine you’re fighting bump-steer on forest rides , and also vibration causing more fatigue :grimacing:

I tried hitting the forest only once , never went back there :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: The asfalt jungle is way too good over here, especially in Holland with all the dedicated bicycle tracks/roads :ok_hand:t2:

That’s a crazy tight turning radius especially for not using bindings. Looks awesome.

You’ve got me pretty excited to play with these when our boards get back to the shop later this week. Sounds like Brad hit this one out of the park.

Meant to put here.

So due to unforseen circumstances I had to take off my big tires.

It was meant to be so I could slap the MAD wheels on here.

There is some real fun to be had with this set up.

But the lower stance made me want to put the A back on the front.

So this currently has 96A/96C.

I just played around the front of the house a little bit.
But it’s really cool so far…

The deck scraping at the end is wild…

Anyone making 5 to 10 degree angled risers for the Matrix III? I am willing to trade a Singularity kit of your duro choice for 4 of the angled risers.

We have a 15 degree riser I can send you if you can make that work.

Those would be perfect! My address should be on file with you guys! I only need one pair.
