yes that is a drill press and a carbide burr
@Andy87 if you revisit inrunners, matrix 3s fit sss56123 nicely and they take off real good @200a per side

what exactly am i looking at here lol? Are you saying the key on the motor’s pinion slid out the end of the keyseat and bored a hole through the casing of the gear drive?
exactly that lol. i pulled into work and the breaks weren’t great. checked it to find a hole and the key missing
