Yes it’s the stiff version.
The Broletarian - Bro 96 - Modular battery - Etoxx Maxi drive 1:6.25 - APS 6384 170kV - MBS 9“ tires
On the flats it makes for a more playful board but losing traction going uphill is not a lot of fun.
Thats what 4wd is for but yes, I feel you on that one.
The company which produce or at least sell them have 2 different shore ratings only so I would say no. For science I bought the stiffer red elastomere dampers and it was a waste of money. They are so hard that it is not possible to steer only straight riding . So there is no alternative to the black E-Toxx elastomere dampers (or Trampa barrels).
Do you feel a difference on tight turns? I can’t do narrow turns with the Bro.
I remember your experiment
Just thought I read somewhere that Trampa is about to make there own dampers with different duros. That’s why I asked again.
Was more just cruising on that one ride I had. The wings and the wide deck feels kind a comfortable to stand on but strange while turning.
Might be due to the different angle and wider wheelbase as well.
Didn’t do very tight turns thou. Will try next ride.
god that battery design is juicy
