yes they use Superior Japan and Korea lithium and for a emtb build its perfect, i hate bms , i hate slow charging ! and spending 25hour to build a 18650 pack lol. the 14ah are 25c so its 350A continuous ! so my tiny little 4.12 esc will never kill my battery!

You’re better off reterminating, since these are dual female as150s. I just bought a bunch of as150s and made a bunch of cables.

How’s the energy density compare with these to li ion?
I just started to collect parts to build my first eMTB. If I were to use these lipos instead of li ion’s that I’m more familiar with, should I start w/ 2 of these, or better to put 4 of them into a 12S 28mah configuration?

It’s okay, 1.3:1 or so. Power density on the other hand tends to favor lipo even more.
Depends. I’m a fan of just running 2 and then swapping them if you need more range vs bringing 4 with you all the time. You’ll get a little more range out of running them all together though. Regardless, you should buy 4

yes i use xt90 me too with 8 gauge all around of my board at 12s
naaah xt90 are better when you have multiple batteries to wired up in 12s configuration
they are thinner but a little bit more more long if i compare it to my previous 16ah by 1 inch
my tttu 16ah battery are 350$ and they are the same c-rate as the 14ah

is exactly the same configuration i use but i have room on my deck because its a mountainboard but on longboard or skateboard i think its not the battery you need , that why almost people use 18650 cells custom pack so they can fit in a slim patern
