Speed Vent Pulleys - Any Interest?

I think 32T is the ideal size to work for both the 77 and 85mm wheels

I agree, 32T seems perf for these lil fuckers. Mark me as into this if it happens, i waant

Could we maybe make it work with this mounting pattern?

Nobody wants to tow around 4 kilos of urethane, but the rest of us clearly aren’t masochists like you!

Until the powers that be develop lighter 'thane we have limited choice but to keep using cores from the usual suspects.

I hadn’t even considered speed vents but now it seems I have a reason to.

Looking forward to see what you can do. :+1:

70mm CP?!?! Thats a hell of a CP! How do they ride?

My wallet hates you, but a road hugger build has started forming in my head.

Yeah I have a few designs and got one almost working, but didn’t get much further :frowning:

Hawgs have no pulleys. There was a project that was aborted. It’s also difficult to buy Hawgs and know exactly which core you will be getting; there are multiple different cores on what may be the same SKU.

I need some of these pulleys to run 70mm wheels on my Park board.

I bet @AlexB can make some!!!

Haha yikes, I’ll see what I can do. Did anyone ever make the speed vent pattern up in cad for these?

Exway make seismic pulleys in a 28t option, although you’ll likely need to do some weird bearing/spacer fuckery to get them to work for you

Oh man.

Worth a try…
Probably will run into axle length issues

Annoying there are 2 seismic options…

What do I actually order???

Duh, both

There’s a chart at the bottom of the page that tells you

I feel fairly certain these xway pulleys won’t work on my BN 145s…

Not enough axle space…

I’m not sure about the CNC ones, but the nylon exway pulleys are the style that has two bearing positions, and those can be used on 50 mm axles, can’t they? I’ve never actually used them because BKB tricked me with their weird 43 mm long axles, but I thought they’d work with 50 mm axles. I’m not sure if the CNC ones also have a spot for a smaller and more outboard bearing or not, though.
