57 cm but it’s possible I measured wrong. I wear a triple eight S/M helmet on the looser end of the adjustment, that’s all I had to compare it with. If you meant 21 inches I’d go for the small

I just bought one from here. It’s a site closure sale. All the other sizes sold out ages ago but since small is an uncommon size we got lucky
