Strictly speaking rated to 16S 100A, but with the unlimited firmware spintend rates it to as much as 180A phase 110A battery per side. Lower resistance mosfets and shunt resistors and better cooling than higher rated D100S. 18S is possible but another risk to take on. Spintend sells a replacement power stage to make it more repairable.
That price also includes these cables, XT90S, a Bluetooth module and a power button. On the left is what you get, on the right is just to show what’s in there I haven’t even opened the bag.
The features are amazing, there’s a fan port that turns on based on temperature set in vesc tool, servo ports for automatic steering dampers like in a kaly xlr, usb C ports on the side, physical can switch, ports for a horn and lights you can control from the remote as well as a few more outputs on switches I’m not sure how to use.
my buddy still used the first version with 18S and never have a issue , theses are great vesc
with the brake light and front light using the spinted remote

I heard of one being used at near 300A / side on low voltage.
And agreed, they can be great. There have definitely been some issues but I’m hoping these new ones are better. The features are nice and they are designed quite strongly. They’re a bit big but all the mosfets are on one side and spread out so they can be cooled more, above average phase shunts and on a separate pcb to the logic side.
Im on a pretty long trip right now, we had to drive to the start and I never used my new ubox v2.1 before then. Luckily it’s been trouble free, at 70km currently. It’s only slow riding because of the others but it’s only reached 40-45C in the Temporary Waterproofing Ziplock Bag™
