You can get paris dicky mounts to secure down well, but I reccomend actually drilling a small hole for the grub screw to sit in. In saying that my paris clones aren’t loose after like 1k miles, DH mounts apply a really nice even pressure around the hanger rather than a direct clamping force, I dont have any holes drilled
The main problem I’ve had with actual paris trucks is the hanger profile sloping inwards. It means the mount never really sits exactly at 90 degrees, and a small off-angle makes the build slightly less reliable. Its just a large advantage of CNC trucks that it fits together exactly at 90deg.
