This was a board I built for a mate. Wasn’t quite finished when the photo was taken. I made the enclosure, flattened the bottom of the deck then strengthened it with glass , made the battery and put a buck converter in for lights.

The double stacked battery sits in a bed of silicone sealant in shrink film so that it cannot move, and there is compression strength for all of the enclosure which is about 3 - 4mm thick, so hopefully I never have to get asked to repair it.

Here we have a prototipo, also double stacked. Pretty ugly, first battery I ever made then repurposed. It’s 12S8P +12S2P. The deck required modification to double stack the 18650’s.
