6337 solder, no more heat than i really need, and uhhh
yeah! i don’t aim for perfect wire tinning as that happens anyways when i make my joint
less is more cause i can always go back in to add more which generally also helps make a nice finish and prevent solder from creeping up the wire : )
generally, it’s
325°C for anything smaller than 12Awg
325 or 345° for 12Awg or 10Awg
375°C for parallel joints orrrr something of the like, anything that is a bit heavier or needs faster heat

Oh yes, I was very quick with a proper iron, a pinecil.
That’s a good soldering iron and my soldering joints are flawless!
