105LMH hub motor build. They’re from smeliexpress of course. Unity vx1 hover board packs x4 some shit deck I don’t remember where or how I got it.
Goes ok 40kmh+ GPS from 10s but the motors get hot only pushing 40phase amps and 30 battery amps. Pretty smooth over coarse chip bitumen actually really nice. Totally fine overflat and level ground they cooled down quickly after the high temperature. They don’t have a thermocouple. I was

Using an IR temp gun. Be better as 4wd obviously was going to either swap out the of meepo AWD motors or go for a loaded coyote with a proper battery and enclosure.

You gotta insulate those phase wires, a single flake of metal from a car body is enough to lock up a motor if you leave them like that. At least seal the MR60 with epoxy/silicone to stop the sleeve from shifting
