the green ones? i only had 1 so i put it on the battery cable

its the taped one

Get another one for your loopkey. This is where the spark happens.

it was a bit of an afterthought, i was hoping to avoid loopkey but couldnt turn it off

You don’t need one, vecs uses almost no power when idle. Will only lose 2% batt per month.
Just use the push to start feature. Ur build looks so legit, no need for loopkey.

wouldnt the battery screen use a lot of power tho?

Nah compared to motors it’s nothing

I wouldn’t recommend leaving your board on all the time. There have been enough users that forgot to turn it off and fucked up their battery. Get a xt90s and be safe.

@zZoKo don’t listen to @xsynatic

Using a loopkey means introducing more copper to the system. Longer copper = higher resistance = more power wasted.

Build like a pro, don’t use a loopkey and glue your enclosure shut.

Or a QS8 :sunglasses::grin:

I didn’t use a loopkey, just connecting the Batteries when i go out for a ride and plug it out when i’m done. But i use lipos without a BMS

:rofl:

I hope @zZoKo recognizes sarcasm
