I should mention this is straight from the tree in my coworkers yard.
I mainly make beer, so this is a beer mans take on cider.
Its not your sister’s cider

That sounds intriguing. I love beer, beer is like the meat of drinks IMHO, it should have body and distinctive flavor. If you will, a quality steak not a hamburger.

Very true. From a homebrew perspective I would say that’s very accurate. Ive learned easy beers to pull off are usually light in flavor and monoflavored (less body).
Harder beers are beers with a blend of flavors, heavier on the malt flavor, lesser so on the hops. rich and delicious.
