I think these situations can demoralize people to participate in future events. Even though it’s probably not their fault, it’s not a great feeling not getting a gift back. One is the solutions would be gifting gift cards, those for sure can’t get lost or take too long to arrive

For my gift I thought of that, but I also like the excitement of getting a package in the mail. So i think that for the people who opt for that, should also consider sending some food gifts.
If it goes through, you have a pleasant surprise, if it doesn’t, at least that wasn’t the main attraction!

Edit: i just read this and I don’t want this to be shameful or anything, so that’s what I would do lol, i do not mean to shame anyone’s gift as I’m sure we all do It with the best intentions !!
