Searching for pneumatic wheels 6”

Hi all,
Do you some EU shops that sell pneumatic wheel 6"? I found one in UK but it seems to be out of business. Moreover EU taxes raise the bill so high that I prefer to find them in EU.

PS: if you have four 2nd hand wheels in good condition (8mm axle and rear pulley) I’m interested too.

Evolve france sells 6 inch tyres. Dont remeber shipping costs but it isn’t crazy expensive.
I am currently using them on trampa hubs.
